Damages & Cancellation Policy

Please read below before emailing.

ALL ORDERS ARE MADE BY HAND.

Our treats are hand crafted. Therefore, the designs, colors, and penmanship will vary from cookie to cookie. This cannot not be adjusted and items are not eligible for a credit or refund.

 

CREDITS

All and any reason for credit, will be issued as a STORE CREDIT, in the form of an E-GIFT CARD to use at any time on future orders, without expiration.

Refunds and Credits to the original form of payment is not eligible.

 

HOW DO I REPORT DAMAGES?


Damages must be reported within 48hrs from the time your order is delivered for consideration.
Photos are required and must be submitted with your email for a claim to be opened. Please include your order number.
Should your claim be approved, you will receive a store credit for your damages value to use at a later date, without expiration.

CANCELLATIONS?

Store Credit only. We of not offer Refunds to original payment methods.
We cannot guarantee an order will arrive by a specific date, holiday, event or occasion...for any reason. Please do not assume it will. 
If your order is cancelled after your order is placed, you will receive a 100% full store credit to use at a later date, without expiration. 

 

Please reach out before ordering if your order is time sensitive so we can inform you if it is possible to fulfill and ship your order in time.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items. However, in the event there is a rare exception, the Customer/Partner is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back any returns/exchanges. We recommend UPS (for U.S. orders) but you may use the courier of your choice. We also recommend you put tracking on the package to ensure it arrives back to our warehouse. 

Snaks 5th Avenchew does not provide free return labels.

When sending your Exchange back out to you, the Customer/Partner is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail out your returns/exchanges.  

 

ADDITIONAL INFO ON BREAKAGE IN SHIPMENT

Snaks are packed to arrive to your home in the same condition they leave our bakery. We have it down to a science. However, in the unlikely event of breakage, simply let us know. Email pictures of the damages to s5awholesale@gmail.com.  We will be happy to issue credit towards your next order for the item in question. 

Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed for approval.  

 

UNFORSEEN DAMAGES

If for any reason there is a problem with your order that requires additional assistance, or falls into one of the categories above, a STORE CREDIT will be given in the form of an E-GIFT CARD. Refunds and Credits to the original form of payment is not eligible.
